Why You Should Use PCH
As job seekers get more tech savvy and mobile (and unemployment stays low),
employers have to take a step beyond traditional recruiting to attract and
bring the best candidates to their companies.
Nearly all college students have computers and do their job searches on the
Internet before going to the classifieds or trade magazines. Libraries and
community groups are teaching job applicants how to search for jobs on the
Internet and send resumes by e-mail.
Growth of career-related Web sites, not including headhunter and corporate
sites, has boomed from around 300 in 1995 to more than 2,000 today.
Growth in Internet recruiting has spread to areas unheard of a few years ago
because recruiting on the Internet definitely saves time and money and brings
a new realm of potential employees.
